I don't think the Big Ideas podcast exists at Apple Podcasts anymore.

You might be able to find it from other sources.

The Big Ideas audio podcast is archived on the Internet Archive, but only from 2009 to 2013.

TVO's Big Ideas is good.

I watched today's show, which they describe quite accurately as

The irrepressible Robert Adams is back at it again this week with an enthralling review of Khaled Hosseini's The Kite Runner. The Kite Runner is the unforgettable, beautifully told story of the friendship between two boys growing up in Kabul.
