Obama Fail:

Has failed by

* supporting FISA
* not releasing prisoner abuse pictures
* not shutting Guantanamo
* not selling health care
* approving troop increase in Afghanistan
* not eliminating DADT and DOMA
* giving free pass for the bankers
* not releasing ACTA, for which the only "transparency" is the transparently false assertion of national security
* "There will be times when nations – acting individually or in concert – will find the use of force not only necessary but morally justified." - Peace Prize acceptance speech

Obama FTW:
* organic garden at the WH (which is about as small as a win can be and still count)
* strong science appointments and strong promotion of science
* data.gov and (somewhat) open government
* ending the ridiculous missile defense plan in Eastern Europe
* related to above missile defense change: rapprochement including nuclear arms cuts with Russia
