the CPCC wankers are at it again
The CPCC (did I mention they're a bunch of wankers?) after losing their previous 2002-2004 attempt to tax iPods and such http://manifestomultilinko.blogspot.com/search?q=cpcc are now following the usual management maxim "if something was a bad idea and failed, try it again".
