Apple and Dell laptop battery recall

Apple has recalled some batteries from the iBook G4, the PowerBook G4 12" and the PB G4 15".
I checked mine and both have been recalled.
The serial number info on the website is correct, but currently the submission form doesn't work (it responds that all battery serial numbers are invalid).
