    PIPSC's negotiations on new CS contract continue.
    I am in an odd place because PIPSC isn't even my union.
    My union is so small they basically wait for PIPSC to complete and then piggyback on that agreement.
    TBS's latest offer is 2 1/4 % per year and an extension of the current terminable allowance for three years.
    Which is better than their last ridiculous offer, but still ridiculous, as it is less than inflation.
