Ok, so I still use SiteMill 2 to manage my websites. It is multi-years out-of-date. I tried all of the rest - I bought them all. DreamWeaver, GoLive, PageMill, the lot. None of them did what I want, which is: - don't change any of my bril HTML - show me the relationships between the files - make it easy for me to check and correct remote links (of which I have thousands) - make it easy for me to edit files That's all I want. No fancy graphic table CSS stuff. Just the most basic web link, page and site management possible. None of them did what I wanted. So I stuck with SiteMill 2, which is pretty good, except now so old that it incorrectly reports many working links as not working, for whatever reasons. Anyone have any good suggestions for solutions that meet the requirements I listed above? HOME - |
